Should you identify any fault in the product's material or craftsmanship, you are required to notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Upon receipt of your query, our Quality Assurance Department will conduct a thorough review. If a significant defect is confirmed, an exchange or credit for future purchases may be extended at our discretion.
