Refund & Exchange Policy
At Sadhbarg, customer satisfaction is important to us. While we currently do not offer refunds, we do accept exchanges on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange:
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• All original tags, packaging, and invoice must be included.
• Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged:
• Sale or discounted items
• Worn, washed, altered, or damaged products
• Items returned without original tags or packaging
Price Differences
If the replacement item is:
• Higher in value, you will be required to pay the price difference.
• Lower in value, the remaining amount will be issued as a store credit. No cash refunds will be provided.
How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at:

• Your order number
• The item you would like to exchange
• The replacement item, if applicable
• Reason for exchange
Once your request is approved, we will provide further instructions.
Shipping Costs for Exchanges
Customers are responsible for all courier charges related to exchanges, including return and replacement shipping costs, unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.
Order Cancellations
Sadhbarg reserves the right to cancel orders under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
• Product unavailability
• Pricing or technical errors
• Failed payment authorization
• Failure to confirm the order when contacted by our customer support team
In such cases, any payment received will be refunded to the original payment method.
Notes
• Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• Sadhbarg does not offer cash refunds.
